Panel Discussion: Animal Experiments

The RepRefRed Society, in cooperation with the VGT (Verein gegen Tierfabriken) and moderated by Gerlinde Pösler (Falter), invites you to a panel discussion on animal experimentation on Thursday, October 21.

The intention is to objectively highlight critical arguments about animal experiments, as well as those in favor of them, to enumerate problems and discuss the current implementation of the 3Rs in austrian biomedical research.

We are committed to holding this event safely and according to official regulations.
Therefore, we would like to make everyone aware of the security measures and that these measures may change at short notice.
Please bring an ID card, a vaccination certificate with a full valid Covid-19 immunization record, and an FFP2 mask to register on-site! Seating will be assigned and you may not change seats on your own. To ensure safe spacing between seats, we are limited to 40 assigned seats. FFP2 mouth and nose protection must be worn for the entire duration of the event, including at your assigned seat. In order for you to register, it is necessary for us to store your contact information. The data will only be passed on if requested by the authority and, according to the GDPR, will be kept for a maximum of 28 days after the event, after which it will be deleted. We kindly ask you to stay at home if you experience Covid 19 symptoms.

Photographs and/or videos will be taken at the event site. These may be published in print and online media, on various social media platforms and on the organizers website for purposes of documentation and post-event coverage.
